Updates
Every once in a while, when you launch Qnext you will be prompted with an update screen. This is completely normal; it’s just our way of making the product even better and releasing new features. Note: Our update process usually takes less than a minute from start to finish.
Just press the Proceed button to start the update; if you do not press this button within 30 seconds, the update will proceed automatically. Click the News tab at the top of the window to read about the update that is occurring. When the update is complete, you will be asked to restart Qnext. Just press the Restart button to do so. Note that this will not restart your computer; it will only restart Qnext. Qnext will automatically restart if no action is taken for 30 seconds once the update is complete.
