Contact Options
Throughout Qnext we offer multiple ways for settings and communication options that are typically available directly from the relevant dialog.
Right Click on a contact name to perform many functions that are directly related to the contact you selected. Such as: initiate Conference > Video and Audio, start an IM conversation in the Contact Center etc.
