Improving Your Connection

If you have a Dark Green, Yellow or Red connection light, you can improve your Qnext experience in a few short steps. Start by clicking the Connection Light at the top of your Contact Panel:

Now click the link to run the Qnext connection wizard. Press Restart when prompted to restart Qnext:

Once Qnext restarts, you will be inside the Qnext Connection Wizard. Start by clicking the button labeled Automatic. This will optimize your connection automatically, if possible.

If the automatic configuration was successful when you have UPnP router and TCP ports 443/80 are available, you will see the following screen:

Just click Finish to restart Qnext and you will have Light Green and enjoy an even faster and better Qnext experience from now on.

If you don't have UPnP router the automatic mode could detect a problem in the Incoming Connections and you will see a screen like this:

If the automatic configuration was not successful, you will see a screen like this:
