ZoneAlarm Pro Firewall
Press the Program Control and select the Programs section of the firewall.
Click on the Add button and select the qnextclient.exe file from the folder, where you have installed the Qnext application.
Check all Access and Server connections from qnextclient.exe to be allowed.
Note: The provided screenshots are made with ZoneAlarm Pro version 8.0.298.0. If your version differs from this one, you will have to refer to the documentation for the software in question on how to allow Qnext access.
