ZoneAlarm Pro Firewall
Open the Programs tab in the Program Control section of the firewall.
Click on the Add button and select the qnextclient.exe file from the folder, where you have installed the Qnext application.
Check all Access and Server connections from qnextclient.exe to be allowed.
