Norton Smart Firewall
Open the main program window of Norton Internet Security. Select Settings on the right of the Network so to access the Smart Firewall.
Now in Settings window browse for Program Control and click on the Configure button.
In the Program Control window click the Add button to select the program. Go to the folder you have installed the Qnext application and open the qnextclient.exe file.
Select Allow Internet access for Qnext client from the list and click OK.
Click OK to close the Security Request window. Click Apply and OK so to close the Program Control window. Click OK to close the Settings window. Now you are ready to use the Qnext application.
Note: The provided screenshots are made with Smart Firewall version 17.0.0.136. If your version differs from this one, you will have to refer to the documentation for the software in question on how to allow Qnext access.
