Audio Conference
To participate in a Voice Call you must have a microphone and working speakers. Up to eight Qnext Friends can participate in a single Audio Conference. Please note that at this time Qnext does not support Voice Calls to other IM networks.
Sending
To send a Voice Call invitation, simply right click on the contact name, then select Conference > Audio or double-click the Audio Conference
icon at the top of the Qnext Desktop window and drag and drop into the Qnext Audio Conference window up to 8 friends from the Contact List.

Wait until they accept the call, and then begin speaking to each other.
Receiving
When someone call you using the Audio Conference, you will be notified with: a sound; a pop up event on your screen for 30 sec; a flashing Q icon in the system tray, and Incoming Call icon flashing beside the contact's name. Double-click on the flashing icon or single click on the pop-up alert to act on this invitation. Once the Qnext Audio Conference window is open, click the Answer incoming call
icon to accept the call, or the Cancel
icon to decline the invitation. Once connected, begin speaking to each other. You can choose the option the contact which sends you a Voice call invitation to jump to the top of your contact group. This could be made from File > Contact Options.

Adding/Removing Users
You can host an Audio Conference with up to eight Qnext users, including yourself. Once the call is active, just drag and drop Qnext Friends from your Contact List into the Voice Call window. That’s it! They will receive an invitation and choose to accept or decline.
To remove users from an active Voice Call, right-click their name in the Qnext Audio Conference window and click the Remove from Conference. They will instantly be removed from the Call.

Note: Only the Voice Call initiator has the ability to add and remove Friends from the Call.
Troubleshooting
If your sound is not being heard, first make sure that you have installed your microphone properly. Next, click the Settings
icon at the
top of the Voice Call window and make sure that the Enable audio capture box is checked.
